not sure if anyone had this happen. the original images are TIF. once i generate the images i have them saving as JPG. it was fine i made 3 different batches, then it just started saving the files as TIF. just like that. no options have changed.

This can happen if the original images are not modified by the program: not resized, no logo or text added. You can decrease the maximum image width and/or height on the "Images" tab of the "Options" step to make Extreme Thumbnail Generator resize the original images (and convert them to JPG).
