Installing the new version of Endless 2.1 deleted all previous settings. As a Suggestion maybe add a spot in Endless to save and load settings for backup purposes.
Currently where would the setting for version 2.0.1.2 been saved so I can restore them from a previous backup?

That was mentioned in the new version description:
Any backup settings from previous versions are pretty much useless because they are stored a little bit differently in version 2.1 to make them endure monitor configuration changes. I'm afraid you'll have to configure it all over again. Sorry.Your settings will reset when you install this version, you will have to re-configure the screensaver.
