UpdateCheckShowProgress reverts to True (EPF 3.25.1.0)

OK, this one I'm pretty sure is an actual bug. :)

The UpdateCheckShowProgress value reverts from False to True in between runs. The effect is that update checking progress is usually shown, regardless of user intent.

The value does get set to False when that setting is disabled in the GUI. But like I said, it gets reset to True. I don't know under what conditions the value reverts to True. It seems to be that just running/closing EPF makes it eventually revert.
