I get no results at all

Hi forum.

I really hope you can help me. I'v been a very happy Extreme Picture Finder user, but haven't used it for some years, as I have been busy working on some big projects.
Some months ago I was in the need of finding some pictures, so I installed the software on my new laptop. I have entered my registration-key, and loaded the program as usual, and everything "looks" fine... The problem is, that no matter what I do, i gets ZERO results.
Even a search for "car" gives me no results, so the problem must be somewhere in the software.

How come this suddenly happens, and how do I solve this problem? I'm using the version 3.9.0.1

Really hope to have some help on this matter...

You have to update to the most recent version. Here is the download link:

Built-in web picture search always requires the most recent version.

Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately I seem to have even bigger problems now...The program keeps telling me to renew the license or paste the new registration key. When pasting the license key, it just tells me that my one year of updates expired!
I KNOW that I can't update it...I don't need to though. All I want is to use the program I bought once, as it is. I don't need other functions than what was included back then, so I don't feel like having to update it.

How can I use the program I actually bought at once?

If you want to use the built-in web picture search - you have to renew your license. It simply won't work in version 3.9. They keep changing the websites, so we're doing our best to keep the program up-to-date... There is no other way to make it all work.

Well, Google changed their pages... We updated the software. If you can make Google change their pages back - you're good to go.

Can you please answer my question in a good manner, as I'm just asking to find out if i can use it somehow or not?! Or do i have to buy a new license?

With version 3.9 you can download files from websites, use the built-in online project database... But the built-in web picture search won't work at all. Sorry. If you need the keyword search - your only solution is the latest version.

Sorry had to jump in.

Good call, There is allot of value in the software without renewing. Just some features will expire. So for the price you are empowered with so much more. Man I sound like I work for these guys, But I just have only come to find three software releases I wanted to spend my cash on.

1. Extreme Picture Finder (best support around)
2. MobaXterm (even though the guy is a dork and support is um not good)
3. mRemote (its free, I chip in when I can to keep it going)
