I need some help on below

I have like 100 working URL each will download one file like below

http://filesflash.com/01bmaxf1
http://filesflash.com/0234lzz5
http://filesflash.com/029aujev
http://filesflash.com/039r5xyy
http://filesflash.com/03k0bmbt

The URL has Video to be downloaded . Now I can import all the URL in the starting addresses , any way I can download this files from the sites . pls let me know


Need one more help , I have below URL and kindly guide me on download the pictures

fileflash.com and other file sharing sites won't work in EPF. Sorry.

As for the forum - here are the settings:

Starting address: http://desibbrg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=213490
Target files: *.jp*
Exploration type: Regular site -> Follow all links

Filters -> Excluded URLs:
.*

Filters -> Included URLs:
t=213490&page=\d+
pixroute.com

Limits -> File size: 20KB min
Limits -> Image size: min 200x200 pixels
