Downloaded Wallpapers renewals

Hello I installed Endless Slideshow V1.x in february 2024. I've got this folder "Endless Slideshow Screensaver" , with several subfolders, and in each subfolders, the newest image is from july 2024, but most of the images' date are february 2024.
So ESS never renews its downloaded images collection?

New wallpapers are available in Endless Slideshow Screensaver 2. The beta version (which is really close to the release) is available here:

So I'll install V2. Do I need to uninstall V1 before? if I want to keep my preferences...

Both versions can co-exist at the same time on the same PC. Preferences from version 1 will not be used by version 2 - they are completely separate applications.
