I'm attempting to search for all videos tagged with the artist 'afrobull' (2 pages worth totaling 35 videos) & schedule them for downloading. EPF does not seem to recognize any of them.

Extreme Picture Finder cannot do it unfortunately. Video files URLs are encoded.
