What is spotify? Does it have an URL? Extreme Picture Finder downloads from URLs... And not just a generic URL, the one you'd really like to donwload from. Like a category or tag or list... The more details you provide - the more exact the answer will be. If this "spotify" thing requires a login - you can send it to support@exisoftware.com.

Its kind of weird that you havent heard of spotify (just wondering). Its like the most famous music platform. Yes, you have create account but you do not have to have premium to listen a music.

Here is example of link: https://open.spotify.com/artist/6XyY86Q ... aphy/album

OK, here is what I was able to find out.

1. Extreme Picture Finder can download from Spotify (at least from the URL you provided)
2. The downloaded files are pretty much useless - only first 10 seconds of them are playable.

Turned out that Spotify has a built in copy protection - all media files are encoded.

Plus, I know that there is such thing as "spotify" now.

Ah, pity. I am able to download with a third-party site but only one song after another. So I thought EPF would be able to automize it. :/

Hmmm. I did not find a working download link. But aparently there is. Maybe you know where to look for it?

Well,

I am able to download mp3s with a third-party website https://spotifydown.com. Not every song is downloadable but it worked just fine with this one: https://open.spotify.com/track/6ECXl5qTthjD6QwisfVm0K. Downside is that you have to open every song in new tab to get link refering to it, you can not download whole albums. :/

I've no idea how are they doing it. For your track URL I found this API call:
httрs://gew1-spclient.spotify.com/storage-resolve/v2/files/audio/interactive/10/f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f?version=10000000&product=9&platform=39&alt=json
Which gives the following response:
{
"result": "CDN",
"cdnurl": [
"httрs://audio-fa-tls13.spotifycdn.com/audio/f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f?1722677924_MYxlI0SOuWKax2hkBOQbfyKJQ01EAv_2u75K2lveeG4=",
"httрs://audio-fa-quic0.spotifycdn.com/audio/f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f?1722677924_MYxlI0SOuWKax2hkBOQbfyKJQ01EAv_2u75K2lveeG4=",
"httрs://audio-ak-spotify-com.akamaized.net/audio/f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f?__token__=exp=1722677924~hmac=5ad9304217f65cbe73dc2d479fc705a91b70be45054102fd11fb220561d36018",
"httрs://audio-fa-tls130.spotifycdn.com/audio/f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f?1722677924_MYxlI0SOuWKax2hkBOQbfyKJQ01EAv_2u75K2lveeG4=",
"httрs://audio-fa-quic.spotifycdn.com/audio/f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f?1722677924_MYxlI0SOuWKax2hkBOQbfyKJQ01EAv_2u75K2lveeG4=",
"httрs://audio-fa.scdn.co/audio/f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f?1722677924_MYxlI0SOuWKax2hkBOQbfyKJQ01EAv_2u75K2lveeG4="
],
"fileid": "f36b983e76d9dd4098a56d03a623546402e32c0f",
"ttl": 86400
}
But every link from that response is playable for only 10 seconds. Maybe you know another API call that can be used to get audio file URLs?

Well,
if I knew how they do it I would not start this thread in first place. If I understand it correctly you are not able to make the template for downloading from spotify? If so, do you know any other product that could download from spotify (meaning automatically).

Thank you.

Looks like currently I cannot create a template. And I do not know any other products that can do it. If you remember - I didn't know what spotify was when you started this thread.
