What was the problem with the default templates? TGP is definitely not for this kind of websites, but "Download all images from entire website" should have worked. I just tried it - all images were there. They were not sorted into sub-folders, but they were all there.
What was in your project's download log?

Did they change something on the website?
Both downloading by tags/gallery are not working properly
It was downloading from irrelevant gallery

I updated the template. Please re-download it, create a new project, and let me know if it works better now.
