i would like to download pictures from forum thread but these pictures are just thumbnails to external website with the image. Is is possible to download?

Have you tried the built-in generic template called "Download all images from a single-page gallery"? Should work just fine with the threads.

how can download all image, multiple thread from https://sex8.cc/.....

Add

sex8\.cc

to the "Excluded URLs" and then add

sex8\.cc/thread-\d+

to the "Included URLs" to allow Extreme Picture Finder crawl only thread pages on this website. Exploration - Regular site, Explore all pages, Allow downloading from external sites.
