Downloading any galleries especially all galleries from selected user(xhamster.com) is resulting in duplicates.
What should the project properties be selected to ensure no duplicates are downloaded.

Do you use the corresponding xhamster.com templates?

I've never seen any duplicates while downloading with the above templates. If there are any then this is what user posted and there is no way to avoid them.

Yes, I use the templates. When I download all galleries from selected user, and say stop Midway. Then when I click on 'update' to download rest, it downloads everything again.

Which option should I select in project properties-->conflicts.
By default third option is selected.

Do you use "Restart" option to continue downloading?

No, just update only. Never restart

You should use the "Start/Resume" button if you want Extreme Picture Finder to continue downloading a stopped project. Not "Update" or "Restart".
