This program used to be excellent with filtering search results based on specific keywords, not I am getting a bunch of junk results. Has something changed in the search algorithm over the years? Comparing the results to that of a Google search, there are major differences, as I would expect there to be, but completely unrelated results are coming up in my results in EPF. It''s borderline useless.

Hmm. This is really strange... Because EPF actually uses Google Images search results... Which phrase returns unwanted results in EPF? Make sure you have the most recent version before you test:
