There are some images I want on lj.rossia.org collected in galleries, but are stored on another server.

How to download it (in gallery images are numbered 1-15 and grouped by 2-3 pictures; if possible to get it to separated folders named 1-15)

OK, looks like it's currently impossible. This site uses the same image URL twice. First time it adds a cookie and redirect to a page with the same image URL inside... And EPF does download that page, but it doesn't "re-download" the image because it thinks that the URL was already used... I think this will require program modification...

What a pity :(

My friend wrote for me program that can get images from this site. He has agree to share it. Can I post it here?

Why not. Post it.

Instruction:
1. Download, unsevenzip and run.
2. Enter gallery URL in Source field.
3. Enter folder name in Target field where you want to store pictures. Non existent folder will be created (supports folders tree).
4. Check Create additional directories for portraits field if you want to create 15 numbered folders inside target directory (in most cases gallery has 15 portraits).
5. Click Download button to download pictures.
6. Set folder with portraits sorting ascend by date (now you have sorted like in web gallery) and put images in separated folders if you want.

Program can download images from lj.rossia.org and supports radikal.ru, yandex.ru, fastpic.ru and datapic.ru (hostings used to store portraits)
