So far so good. Since installing this version with the bug reporting endless has not had the error so far.

Is it possible to turn off all the loading text? "Starting the slideshow" and "Creating the first slide" and so forth? The screensaver would be a lot cleaner without it.

Right now it's impossible. Why is this a problem for you? It's shown for just a second or so... Otherwise it's just a black screen without any progress indication.

For me it's a problem because a screensaver is meant to simply start, not to report on what its doing. It would be great to have the option to hide this part of the process. Are those loading texts stored in JPGs or actual text? What invokes them?

You do understand that hiding those texts won't make the screensaver start any faster, do you? It will still need time to initialize, but during that time you'll see a black screen.

I absolutely do. Would still be a great thing to be able to toggle off. My screensavers only take a second or two to start up and I run windows from a black wallpaper to a 77 inch screen -- the smooth transition is worth it to me.
