OK, you can try the beta version of the new release which does the following:
1. Shows the number of partially downloaded and unsaved files in the projects tree, next to the number of saved files, like this:
(158/-4)
2. Shows the number of partially downloaded and unsaved files in the pop-up notification which is shown when the project is finished (provided the tray icon is enabled).
