to save everything from a website, including css, javascript, pages, images and everything else.

That's right. And why should EPF be able to do that? ;-) EPF does no magic... It just scans pages and saves the files you want. If page is not accessible or there are no links to the file - EPF won't get it.

Please consider the ebook finder and downloader
Ebooks are become popular now.

Maybe for a moment you can add the ebook filename at next epf

You mean *.fb2?

Epub, mobi, azw, pdf and other common format

on image jpg selected as default.
On music mp3 selected as default
On ebooks Epub or mobi selected as default
And others

Maybe also add
Cdr, ai and psd is not difficult.
