It's downloading old images again from Pixiv after clicking update
when I hit update on Pixiv project Instead of adding new Image it is downloading everything from beginning which is creating duplicates.

Hmm. Interesting. It's not supposed to happen on pixiv. Please try selecting the [ Do not download and save if file size is the same ] option in the [ Conflicts ] section of the project properties before clicking the [ Update ] button:
