I want to download from a server, I get the message that there is a new template, I download it, install it and still get the message that there is a new template...what do I do? Thank you very much.

Most likely you have several copies of the same template. Open your local templates library (menu item [ Templates - Open local templates library... ]) and remove all copies of the template you want to update. Simply right-click a template in the list and select the [ Delete template ] item. After all copies are removed - download the most recent version of the template from the website and use it.
