Multiple instances no longer supported?

I used to run multiple instances of EPF all the time. Now I'm running 3.66.6.0 on Win11 and when I try launching a second instance, nothing appears to happen. What's going on?

Thanks. I did search for "instances" before posting but it came up with zero hits.
