1. Project file And Title and catagory can be combined. and maybe destination folder too
2. All limits can be combined into one. or at least file size and date.
so user will feel more simpler. less tab
I don't think it's right. I think that less controls on 1 tab is better.

when I already try to get the project online.
when I creating new project/ manual it will be put under the art project. we must be able to put it on root.
It also good to make the mp3 icon bigger/ full size of the box, instead of tiny icon and blank frame
The icons used in Extreme Picture Finder to display file types (when no preview is available) are those that Windows Explorer uses (registered file types). EPF does not store or use any third-party icons. Only those that your Windows have.
please also consider to resize the column: State, size, progress, speed
so the text is not cutted by default/ no need to resize the column
You can resize them manually and EPF will "remember" the size, so you only have to do it once.

About the icon. OK. but actually I feel it is too small.
abiut the resize, yes but it is better if by default.
