My old computer died. How do I get the program to my new computer ?

You can download the most recent version of the program from our website:

If you don't have your registration information - write a message to support@exisoftware.com with the email address you used to purchase your license. I'll re-send you your registration key.

So basically we can move to new computer right ?

Yes, of course. And it's quite easy to take all projects and searches along. Just copy the content of the EPF "Data folder" from the old location to new one after installing the program on the new computer. To find out the location of "Data folder" open EPF settings, the "Advanced" tab.
