If your using the built in browser and go to the address list then back to the built in browser if you continue exploring that page (it has a show more button) it will not update the address list anymore

Why don't you click [ Show more ] as many times as you need and only then go to the [ Address list ]? Will this help? For some sites it will, for others - it won't.

Also, I forgot to mention, that there is a [ Refresh ] button under the list of addresses, which is there exactly for such occasions.

yes the refresh button does indeed do it i missed that one
