imagefap gallery template crashing for some url's

I guess imagefap made changes messing this up..
some url's (eg., https://www.imagefap.com/gallery.php?gid=11017750 )
i thought it might be related to escaped text in url's (%20's ...) but some similar urls's work ok.
I can send a screen cap of the error popup, but figured you can see it as easy as me

btw.. running template version 24 and 3.63.2.0 of epf
