I've tried
imagefap.com - gallery template
imagefap.com - all user galleries template
and they don't create subfolders anymore but download all files into the same folder. I don't know how to fix this.

Yes, looks like imagefap does not redirect
/gallery/XXXXXXX
to
/pictures/XXXXXX
as it used to for years and years. Looks like they are changing something in the internals of their website. All templates were updated to reflect this change:
imagefap.com templates
/gallery/XXXXXXX
