For some reason Extreme Picture Finder downloads images that I removed via exclude page parts.

and some images I do not know where are even coming from.

You can find out where the images are coming from by right-clicking the image in the thumbnail viewer and selecting [ Open address in browser -> Open parent page address in browser ] menu item.

If you are able to create a template it would be nice.

This is the easiest template - you just had to select [ Current directory and deeper ] in the Exploration type and that's it:
