Gosh :( No idea why can this happen. I see in the anonymous stats which users send that people are using the template successfully... And I can use it without any problems...
By the way, can you download from any other website with EPF?

The template works well with pictures but doesn't work with videos. The software grab online the thumbnails of the videos.
Could someone upgrade the template for the videos?

Well, it used to work in the beginning, but then website owners encoded video links, so right now it's impossible to download videos. Sorry.
