As you can see in your previous message, this kind of URLs is encoded using Hex values of the characters:

/gallery/%D0%B1%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%B3%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%8F-%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%B3%D1%83%D1%81%D1%82-2018/

It works perfectly fine in Extreme Picture Finder. You can create a project with the exploration type of "Current directory and deeper" and add

thumbs

to the [ Excluded URLs ] filter.
