I only want to download this section of photos and if I click one image twice, it will divert me to another page which includes the whole pictorial shots which I would also like to download

I'm not sure I understand. If you want photos from other photo set - add that photo set address to the [ Starting Addresses ] field and Extreme Picture Finder will get it too... I have tried "/issue/846241/" - and it worked just fine. I didn't wait for entire 21,373 photos, of course. But I've also tried it in smaller sets and they were downloaded completely.

I do not have an account on this website. And it looks like you need one in order to download. All the links you sent are being redirected to the website's home page.
