Pixiv Ugoira to Gif

Is it possible for EPF to convert Ugoira into gifs instead of storing each frame in a ZIP, if not are there any workarounds you can advice?

ZIP is the way Ugorias are stored on that website. Extreme Picture Finder does download them, but it cannot do anything with those downloaded ZIP files. Extreme Picture Finder is a downloader... I guess you'll need to look for a third-party tool to create GIFs from series of JPEGs.

Oh, so Ugoiras are just series of .jpg files? I didn't know, and thought they were a video format.

You can take a look inside any downloaded ZIP containing Ugoira using Windows Explorer and see for yourself.
