For the forum threads with images located on image hosts you do the following: exclude everything by adding

.

to the [ Filters -> Excluded URLs ] section and then add Regular Expressions to the [ Filters -> Included URLs ] section that cover all thread pages:

/8-iranian-sexy-gallery-\d+\.html

You simply replace the page number with "\d+". And then you need Regular Expression to cover image hosts. I see imagetwist here. You need an expression to cover the image page as well as the expression to cover full-size image URL:

imagetwist\.com/[^/]+/[^/]+$
/i/

You can also set the minimum image size limit to 30 KB in order to prevent saving thumbnails and image pages (with .JPG extension)

You have all the settings in the above post, so you can actually create a template yourself. Simply create a project, make sure it works and then use menu item [ Project -> Create template from project ] .

BTW there are around 2017 juicy images on this particular link ↑ that you have shared totalling up to around 466 MB of disk space . :)
