May i ask why its required to login to instagram?
I found a different dl manager who can do it without login but i would like to use only this one

This is the only way Extreme Picture Finder can work with instagram - it uses initial data from the built-in browser to make API calls which deliver the content. You have to do it only once - the built-in browser should remember your login. Plus, there are users that require you to follow them to see the content and it's impossible to get that content without logging in.

the problem is instgram start banning accounts when you use them for downloading

even when do that they lock your account, cant you make the program to download from public profiles without logging in ?
