I get zip when I try with Extreme Picture Finder...
Its probably beacuse the file ends with this:
http://www.mygirlfund.com/filehandler?f ... &id=314083
However if you test this, you will see that its also valid url to pic:
http://www.mygirlfund.com/filehandler?f ... a2624c.jpg
Can you help me with the correct settings to download from this site??

Hmm. The website is password-protected, so I can't provide you with exact settings (unless you send me your user name/password to support@exisoftware.com), but it looks like you should use
filehandler
in "Target files" and then in "Save -> Naming" section select
Use quesry string for file name
and check the "Use value of this parameter for file name" box and enter "filename" into the corresponding edit field. Like this:
