"error:3 Specified Path Not Found"

I am trying to install EPF on Drive C this time, but it is confirmed that the path of Drive F cannot be found as shown in the second picture.
It has been installed on the F drive, an external hard drive, in the past.
However, the installation file option definitely proceeded with drive C, but I don't know why it happened.
The version of the installation file used is 3.44.0.0.

Also, the F drive path is currently removed.
