After I create my thumbnail page, then click on the thumbnail it takes me to a larger image page, how would I have extreme thumbnail generator turn this larger image into a clickable link to the original full-size image? I have seen this on a site that is actually using your software, but can't tell what html code to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All you have to do is open your gallery Options in Extreme Thumbnail Generator, select Images tab and in the Image link section check the Link image to box and select Original (not resized) image in the drop-down list below the box. Just like on the screenshot below.
