i have been trying to figure out how to successfully do this for hours but came with no solution

You could have easily downloaded all wallpapers from this website using a built-in generic template called Download all images from entire website, just like shown in this tutorial:

But this website limits the downloads per day by as low as 70 pictures, so I see no point using Extreme Picture Finder with this website.
