Slideshow inside page

Post by Greg » 20 Jul 2009, 21:57

Hi,

I'm looking at this product and I like it very much.
Question. Is it easy to insert a slideshow on a page at any place you want.
I.e you have a lot of text and at a certain point you want the ETG.
Is there an interface or so?

And can you make a link on a page to start an ETG?

Kind regards,

Greg

You can use I-Frames to insert a gallery into existing page. It's quite easy, but you do have to know HTML. Another way is to create a custom gallery template - we can help you with that.

As for the link - I did not understand. Do you want a link to the gallery created with ETG? Or to the program?

Hi,

txs for the answer.
What I meant with my link-story....
I.e you put CLICK HERE FOR GALLERY on you page and that should be a link to opening an ETG slideshow.
Is there a possibility to do that or does it require special HTML code?

Well, if you used a page-authoring program to create your website, then you can use it to add a simple link to the gallery. Or you can add a very simply HTML code to any of your pages. Let's say you've uploaded your gallery into the "photogallery" folder on your website. Then you can use the following HTML code to add a link to the gallery:

<a href="/photogallery/index.html">CLICK HERE FOR GALLERY</a>

This is it! Very easy!

Hope this helps.
